Enemy #1. Doubt – the easiest enemy to overcome, and yet we get sucked into the spiral of “I just don't think I can” or “I doubt this will work”. Now we're a victim.
We have free will. We don't have to be sucked into the vortex of doubt. We can consciously decide to face the doubt, stop running from it, and change it to asking “why am I doubtful? where is the evidence that this won't work or that I can't do it?” If you don't have evidence to support the doubt, then choose to move on. How? Faith. Take action. Leave the doubt behind.
Enemy #2. Delay – why do we wait? Lazy? Uninformed? Scared? The moment we put something off we diminish our success. Well, time to stop putting it off.
What are you waiting for? What do you want that you've been putting off? Today is the day. Today. Now. Do it.
Enemy #3. Division – we feel divided, different from other people. If we're saying “well, you just don't understand” or “they don't get me” or “they're too stupid”…we're making sure that we're not connecting with other people. Which means we don't ask for help. We're critical and judgemental of others. And we push others away.
Take action by approaching someone else and asking for help. Participate in a group activity. Help someone else. Get connected with people and personal growth will happen.
