BUSINESS RESEARCH and general “Help! I have a question that needs answered!” is what I love to do. My marketing and engineering background come in handy when I do market or industry research for manufacturing firms and engineering teams. I am often asked to compile information from various sources into an understandable format.
Examples of research include:
— Compile a list of Assisted Living Facilities and Private Care Homes in specific 7 counties in Pennsylvania.
— New product designed by company in Germany, retrofits to a specific type of automated conveyance system in manufacturing – will it sell in the midwest and which companies should the sales team focus on first?
— Serial entrepreneur wants to enter into the cryptocurrency market as a resource for education and information, so needs an eBook researched and written to be used as a lead magnet. It must be original and compelling.
— Hey, is this company that wants to do business with me legit?
Prices range from $25 – $25,000.

I've been a productivity and accountability partner for years. I've taught people how to set goals, properly, and to define milestones that are reachable…with the end result being they get to the finish line much more quickly than they thought possible.

The first meeting is our “get down to business” meeting. You will have sent me a note about what you want to work on, what you want to accomplish. This meeting is where we set up the private meeting room schedule, determine the appropriate tools to use, and bullet point the tasks you must do to accomplish your goal.
If you are able to accomplish your goal after 4 weeks – Wahoo! I will wish you well as you move forward. If you need an additional 4 weeks or more, not a problem…we will schedule accordingly.

You have an idea and want to start an online business. I will create a plan of action so you can do just that.
We will meet, discuss your idea, your current level of readiness, your skill and knowledge level.
We will have a lengthy conversation about why you want to implement this particular idea.
I will have many questions for you.
I will have something for you to review and fill out.
I will give you homework.
We will agree on future meetings and costs associated with those meetings (the same as the cost for this service).
If you select this service and pay before we have an initial consultation – it is with the understanding that I will refund 75% of the fee if we are not a suitable fit.

We will

– review how you schedule your meetings
– chat about what you want out of being the leader of a Mastermind Group
Whether you are just beginning or experienced as a Mastermind Group facilitator, we will review what it means to Facilitate rather than train or teach a group.
If needed, I will share my resources with you that include:
– membership agreement
– onboarding emails
– setting the tone for the meetings
